Recent Projects

AEPL has executed 2 Projects recently for M/s Megatherm Group Kolkata for their Steel melting Shop Project in Saudi and Middle East Customer and has supplied CCM Process Turnkey Equipment for:

4/7 M Multiple Radius 2 Strand Continuous Casting Machine able to cast sections ranging from 100 to 150 mm sq. and billet cut length of 3-6m
6/11 M Multiple Radius 2 (3) Strand Continuous Casting machine able to cast sections ranging from 100 to 180 mm sq and billet cut length of 6-12m.

This CCM is equipped with the following latest features

Ladle Sequencing Cars for ladle sequencing
Tundish cars – Portal type
Mould Oscillators – High Frequency
Mould Jacket – 900 mm long multi taper
Withdrawal Cum straightening machines with unique drive system located away form heat Zone
